Jamshedpur, Dec 23: On the final day of the annual sports meet �FROLIC 2013� at RVS College several events were held. The trophy for over all championship went to Silicon House in a neck to neck competition with the other houses Power, Torque, Concreto, Steelium and Logic in all most all the events the Silicon House found amplifying magnitude to come up with best sportsmanship.
Earlier to it, different events like Badminton, Carrom, Volleyball, Basketball, Cricket, Football, Chess, 100 mtr. Race for Boys & Girls, 400 mtr.
Race for Boys & Girls, 100×4 Relay Race for Boys & Girls, Back Race for the facultv members Musical chair were played by the different houses, and the overall championship trophy was given away on the basis of the points they earned.
During the closing moments of three day �FROLIC- 2013� Mr.Shailendra Kumar Sinha, Superintendent of police ,Rural was present as a chief Guest along with the Guests of Honour Ex. MLA Shamsuddin Khan, Amit Kumar Singh D S P Satnam Singh Manager Sports Basant Singh, Hassan Imam Manager Events Ratibhan Singh O/C MGM, Chairman Binda Singh, Secretary Bharat Singh, Treasurer Shatrughan Singh, Executive member Shakti Singh Director Prof.(Dr.) M. P. Singh Principal Prof Dr Sukomal Ghosh & other distinguished guests were also present.
Large number of spectators consisting of students, staff & faculty members were also present. There after the chief guest also distributed prizes to the winners and runners. The cricket match between Principal�s XI and Director�s XI was played, Principal�s XI won the match by 8 wickets in a tough combat for the championship. Consolation prizes were also given away to the participants.
