Ranchi, August 21: Chief Minister Raghubar Das directed the Secretariat employees to change their work culture & ensure their role in fulfilling the expectations of the public & developing the State.
The Govt. will receive them warmly & take care of them. The officers & employees should establish such a precedent that they should feel proud of it. He said it while addressing a delegation of Secretariat employees in his office chamber at Project Building in Ranchi.
The Chief Minister said that all concerns are to be directed to tighten security of the Secretariat. He said that order has been given to arrange a special bus for employees who have to work till late night & even on Sundays.
He also added that a good work culture results in good output which makes emits a positive image of the state.
The delegates thanked Das for his generosity & assured him to work as expected. Brajendra Hembrom, President, Jharkhand State Secretariat Service Organization, General Secretary, Dhruv Prasad & Christila Murmu were present on this occasion.
