Jamshedpur, Sept 19: Sangram Hansda, a 10th-grade student of Kedar Nath Jhunjhunwala High School in Chakulia, secured the second place in the district level archery competition for under-19 boys’ category which was held in Jamshedpur on Saturday. Sangram has been selected for competing in the state-level competition to be held in Ranchi.
The school’s Principal, Manas Mahato, said, “We are indeed very proud of Sangram’s success and he has the potential to perform well at all levels. With this success of his, his parents, the people of Chakulia region and definitely the student fraternity, are happy and look forward to his success at the Ranchi challenge.”
Sangram Hansda hails from Kendbani village in Bhalukbinda Panchayat. Sangram’s father, Shadula Ram Hansda expressed pride and happiness on his son’s success.
