Jamshedpur, Oct 6: Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) has shortlisted fifteen players to represent Jharkhand U-16 Team in the Vijay Merchant Trophy 2014-15.
The team will play its first match against Tripura on 10-12 October 2014 at Birsa Munda Cricket Stadium, Chaibasa. The team will be led by Bishwajeet Singh of West Singhbhum.
Vikash Kumar of Dhanbad will be the coach of the team while Devesh Chandra of Ranchi has been assigned the role of trainer. Manager of the team will be Md. Rashid of Jamshedpur.
The selcected players include Bishwajeet Singh (Capt.)of West Singhbhum, Nikhil Raj-Hazaribag, Nayan Prakash-Sahibganj, Sresth Sagar (W.K.)-Ranchi, Hemant Kumar -Jamshedpur, Pankaj Kumar-Ranchi, Aditya Narayan-Dhanbad, Srestha-Dhanbad, Raushan Kumar �Lohardaga, Sailesh Kumar-Dhanbad, Apoorva Anand �Bokaro, Chandan Mukhi �Jamshedpur, Madan Bodra-West Singhbhum, Aditya Singh -Bokaro and Ashish Kumar from Jamshedpur.
