Barnwal orders show-cause notices to Godda, Hazaribagh, Bokaro nodal officers


    Ranchi, April 12: While reviewing the weekly complaints at Jan Sawad Kendra, Sunil Kumar Barnwal ordered to issue show-cause notices to nodal officers of Bokaro, Godda, and Hazaribagh districts.

    Barnwal rebuked the nodal officers and ordered to issue show-cause notices for professional misconduct.

    Burnwal said that nodal officers are least interested in their work and as a result, complaints are coming constantly from such districts.

    He said that complaints should be disposed without delay. He rebuked the Social Welfare Officer also for not taking departmental action against aangan bari sevika of Lenzva village, supervisor and C.D.P.O despite getting complaints.

    Moreover, he directed that departmental action should be taken within 7 days on the alleged officers/ staff otherwise social welfare officer will face action. Burnwal was reported that the Naukadih aanganwadi remains closed and children dont go for study.

    Regarding encroachment of government land by land mafia in presence of CO & nodal officer at Birajpur in Deoghar, Burnwal directed to ask why the government land was encroached in their presence. He said that the CO should be suspended for this.

    On the matter related with dysfunctional transformer at Daunabag of Garhwa and Khinda of Simdega, the electricity department officers told the secretary that the matter has been connected with Din Dayal Vidyut Yojana. Burnwal asked them to conduct a special meeting on electricity in the presence of the MD so that the matter can be resolved soon.

    Regarding capturing the granted land of the state middle school of Godda district , Suinl Kumar Barnwal directed the nodal officers that whole story in this regard should be investigated .

    He said how anyone can take compensation on a gifted land. If the complaint is found right, action should be ensured on the person getting compensation.

    In connection with encroachment of the government well at Chunkutola by Pawan Saw in Pakur, Burnwal directed the nodal officer to resolve the matter within a week and take appropriate action.

    Regarding complaint of highhandedness of para teacher Md. Safiq Alam in Sahibganj, the officers probed the allegation and found it to be true.

    Burnwal directed to dismiss the para- teacher. He directed to issue a show cause notice against Nilesh Kumar, Prof. in-charge, Jamtara College for asking a complainant why he lodged complaint with the Jan Samvad Kendra.
