Baharagora, May 31: A bike rider died tragically in a road accident near Dhilahara under Chingda Panchayat of Bahragora police station area.
The incident is of last night. The deceased has been identified as Nandlal Kisku (40), a resident of Babrichua village of Para Panchayat of Bahragora block. The relatives of the deceased reached the spot on Wednesday morning. A crowd of villagers gathered at the spot. Parmeshwar Hembram, the head of Chingda Panchayat also reached.
In the afternoon, the police took the dead body from the house of the deceased and sent it for postmortem.
Parmeshwar Hembram, the head of the Chingda panchayat, told that the relatives of the deceased were ready to take the dead body home and informed the police. After getting the information, the police became active and reached the house of the deceased. Police took the dead body in their custody and sent it for postmortem.
Station in-charge Santan Tiwari told that the relatives of the deceased had gone home with the dead body. Due to the legal process, the dead body has been seized and sent for postmortem.
