Jamshedpur, July 1: Assembly Estimates Committee on Friday held a review meet of reports of different departments in the East Singhbhum district at the local Circuit House.
Deputy commissioner Amit Kumar welcomed the chairman of the committee Nirbhay Kumar Shahabadi and member Amish Jaiswal.
Various departments of the district including public works department, electricity, special division, irrigation, health, drinking water and sanitation, notified area bodies, and building construction department officers presented reports of the concerned department before the assembly estimates committee.
The committee did thorough review of allotment of money, withdrawal, expenditure and the remaining amount from the concerned officers.
The committee also took information about the completed and pending schemes and ordered the officers to take action against those responsible.
Aside from the DC, the DDC, ADC, Civil Surgeon and DPRO were present at the meeting.
