Annual prize distribution ceremony held at Govind Vidyalaya

Jamshedpur: The annual prize distribution ceremony of Govind Vidyalaya (Hindi medium), Tamulia, was organized on Friday. A colourful cultural programme was organized on the occasion.

The chief guest of the event was the school director Dr Brahmadutt Sharma while the special guest was the district convenor of Swadeshi Jagran Manch Amit Mishra. Other distinguished guests included the advisor of The Directorate of Art and Culture, Jharkhand, Rakesh Pandey, administrator Krishna Modak and the school secretary Rajesh Sharma. They jointly lit the ceremonial lamp to inaugurate the programme.

Neha Mahato was declared the best student of the year while Inderjeet Kumar was awarded for cent per cent attendance in class.
The students presented a captivating dance before the audiences and earned praise for their skills. The guests advised the school officials to award children on cleanliness and hygiene. A vote of thanks was proposed by teacher Mehtab Nisha.
