Jamshedpur, Feb 12: East Singhbhum district administration is taking help of police in probing into allegation of forged means in admission under BPL and general quota in private schools at entry level.

The police is testing veracity of the audio clip on the nomination using forged documents in English medium private schools and taking out call details and phone number of the person whose audio is being circulated. Police is also trying to trace those persons whose name has been taken in the audio conversation. Police is also trying to trace the main person Rahul Dev whose name figures in the audio.
It has been found by the district administration that the same person Rahul Dev had managed to secure admission of his daughter in a private school under BPL quota using a forged income certificate.

Significantly, deputy commissioner Suraj Kumar had asked ADM law and order Nand Kishore Lal to constitute a team  to probe into the racket which is inspecting admission details of two-three schools daily. The team is also examining last year’s admission in which it has been found that the person income certificate is forged. The team comprises ADM law and order, executive magistrate Savita Toppo, deputy collector land revenue Ravindra Gagrai and district superintendent of education, Vinit Kumar. However, later the education department official was removed from the team so that the probe would not be affected.
