Adhunik Group plants saplings to mark Environment Day

Jamshedpur, June 5: The employees of Adhunik Alloys & Power Limited, Kandra and Adhunik Power & Natural Resources Limited, Padampur showed their keen love for nature and environment by planting saplings on the occasion of World Environment Day on Monday.

The Adhunik Group subsidiaries companies every year celebrates this auspicious day with full enthusiasm and vigor.
The employees of Adhunik Power & Natural Resources Limited along with villagers of vicinity planted saplings to make Planet Earth more greener.

Addressing the employees, Senior General Manager Ravinder Aggarwal said, �Planting saplings is good step but our responsibility is not limited to that and we should take pledge for the upkeep of the plants and put in our best efforts to save those planted saplings till it grows big�.

Senior officials of the company Ravinder Kumar Aggarwal, Rajesh Sharma, NSP Rao, Sanjeev Choudhary, Maninder Singh, Sanjeet Sinha, Kamlesh Kumar and many other officials and employees planted saplings to mark World Environment day.
In Adhunik Alloys & Power Limited and Orissa Manganese & Minerals Limited, Kandra employees also celebrated the day with great fervor.

GM Sanjay Kumar Srivastva said, �Conservation of environment is need of the hour and we have to be very serious on this issue. Our life is correlated with pure environment somehow; if we care about the environment then only environment will care for us.�

Numbers of officials, employees and villagers including A B Singh, Aslam Khan, Devendra Upadhyay, C M Jha and Jagjeet Singh Bindra participated in the saplings plantation drive owing to better and flourish pollution free nature in future. Kamlesh Kumar and Arun Yadav of Environment department thanked all guests for attending the sapling plantation progrmme.
